THE 2022 TEAM

HEAD COORDINATORS

They are the protagonists of the Association and responsible for every aspect of the organisational arrangements: the two Head Coordinators have a solid role that extends within each team. Giulia and Francesca have taken up the legacy of Benedetta and Andrea, facing the challenge of a new year in which the focus is on a return to live events. To narrate and comment together on an ever-changing world like that of international politics, rarely so fast and full of doubts and uncertainties, they rely as in previous years on a Board of Directors and the teams, creating a valuable network of events, conferences, workshops and publications while waiting for the most awaited moment: the Hikma Summit of International Relations 2022.

Giulia Miraglia

Master's Degree in International Relations - Crime Justice and Security

With her ability to get everyone to make the most of their skills, Giulia manages to coordinate and support every member of the team. Creative and flexible, she is able to solve the various challenges that may arise, thus giving security to the teams. A lover of organization and punctuality, she aims to make each component of the association machine work in the best possible way, always making sure that everyone feels part of the big Hikma family

Francesca Martone

(1° year)

Her creativity always finds great ideas for Hikma's work and innovative solutions that enhance the association. In her role as coordinator, she always encourages everyone to give their best and manages several projects at the same time thanks to her multitasking skills, while with a lot of determination and care she organizes each work in a concrete and effective way. Tenacity, ambition and kindness are the characteristics that distinguish her.

Anita Artusi

Pragmatic and a lover of organization, Anita is Team Leader of the Communication team together with Andrea, with whom she has created a united and efficient working group in a proactive atmosphere. The most important thing for her? Optimizing time and energy, channeling them where they are really needed. With a year of experience behind her, Anita conveys confidence with her way of working and is one of the pillars of Hikma's network.

With a strong passion for international relations and a strong determination to always find new stimuli, Matilde is ready, together with her team, to put herself on the line to create more interesting and inclusive events each time. Although it is not a path without obstacles, she tries to face it with logic and a great spirit of collaboration, together with the members of her team.

Emma Catullo

Team Leader of the Guest Team, Hikma's creative center that fosters critical discussion between audience and speakers. Dynamic, determined and curious about what surrounds her, she chooses with her team the topics addressed in the conferences and the guests to invite. At the heart of her actions are the constant search for knowledge, dialectical skills and the proactive management of challenges and difficulties.

Michele Danesi

Michele's enthusiasm and professionalism led him in a short time to the leadership of Hikma's Press Office, where he organizes with experience and pragmatism his team in the editing and revision of the contents of the organization's website and especially of its blog "Hikma's Post". His ability to learn and his positive energy make him a valuable member of the team, capable of bringing to the association stimulating ideas through which to guide the team in a path of innovation of the content proposed by Hikma.

Serena Migliorati

Organization, Communication, and Initiative. As the team leader of the operations team, Serena is responsible for prioritizing these concepts, which are essential for the team to continue to provide support and help to all Hikma members. Her determination and search for new challenges always lead her to give her best and this benefits the team who sees in her a trusted and available person to solve any problem.

GUEST TEAM

The Guest Team has various tasks, ranging from organising webinars to planning dissemination content and other activities. In addition to organising the structure and topics of the Hikma Summit of International Relations, the team also handled relations with important guests taking part in our initiatives. Internally, passion, determination, friendliness and precision are indispensable characteristics that qualify team members, making the entire team a combination of determination and ideas.

WORKSHOP TEAM

The workshop team creates workshops on a monthly basis, as well as planning the HSIR workshops in their totality. Hikma's workshops are therefore not limited to expanding the participants' knowledge, but aim to apply the "learning by doing" method. By working together with institutions, associations and experts in the field, they aim to offer participants opportunities to exchange views and form new ideas for the future.

COMMUNICATION TEAM

The communication team takes care of the Association's image, carefully managing and constantly updating Hikma's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube pages. As well as being responsible for publicising the events organised by Hikma, the communication team tries to inform all those interested in international politics about not only the most topical issues but also those that are less talked about.

PRESS OFFICE

The Association's Press Office takes care of Hikma's blog, "The Hikma's Post". The articles published in the newspaper deal with issues related to the initiatives organised by the Association as well as other topics ranging from International Relations to Geopolitics, from Sociology to the Environment, from International Politics to Humanitarian issues, as well as interviews with guests invited by Hikma. Lastly, the Press Office manages the website, the newsletter and the telegram channel, building the association's image together with the communication team.

OPERATIVE TEAM

The operations team makes our online events possible by taking care of the most technical part of everything concerning videoconferencing platforms. The choice and management of this delicate section of our operations is therefore entirely their responsibility. Logistics is also an important part of the team, and they are the main people in charge of all operations relating to sponsorship and relations with organisations. Lastly, one of the most important activities, the search for and maintenance of relations with our sponsors, is completely in their hands.
